About Us
The Lewes Cycle Challenge is run by Lewes District Council with funding from DEFRA Air Quality Grants Programme and is delivered in partnership with CTC Challenge for Change.
The Challenge is designed to encourage more people in Lewes to cycle more often, by encouraging as many people as possible to experience first-hand what it is actually like to cycle. Cycling has an important role to play in helping to reduce congestion and pollution in Lewes, as well as enabling people to explore an alternative healthy and sustainable transport option.
The Challenge welcomes all businesses and schools within Lewes and is free to take part. We hope you enjoy pedalling for the Challenge and have some fun getting more people cycling at your workplace.
