"It is true what they say once you have learnt to ride a bike you never forget. After 46 years, I have rediscovered the freedom a bike can give you. I will certainly be cycling a lot more in the future and would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have encouraged us all to 'get on our bikes' especially the Lewes Cycle Challenge Team for their enthusiam and encouragement and by allowing people to have a loan of their bikes for a ten minute taster".
